November 2008 – PEM e-News
Welcome to the November edition of the PEM e-Newsletter!

MainTrain 2008 in Toronto!

PEMAC’s MainTrain 2008 conference in Toronto was another success. Once again, the event was an excellent learning experience for attendees. MainTrain 2008 also gave everyone the opportunity to network with peers from all across Canada. I really enjoyed having the chance to talk with many PEM readers about the magazine and trends for next year.

I’m also pleased to announce that the winner of the PEM 2008 Maintenance Awards is EnCana’s Christina Lake SAGD plant. I would like to congratulate EnCana once again on winning this year’s award. The folks out west have achieved world-class maintenance performance.

I also want to thank FLIR Systems Canada for being the official sponsor of the PEM 2008 Maintenance Awards, and the other valued MainTrain 2008 sponsors. Your commitment and support to the industry and MainTrain is greatly appreciated!
