July 2008 – PEM e-News
Welcome to the July edition of the PEM e-Newsletter!
PEM 2008 salary survey winners announced!
We’re pleased to announce the winners of the PEM
2008 salary survey reader contest. The winners of a $100 Canadian Tire
gift certificate are: Frank Tridico, baggage superintendent maintenance
services, Vancouver Airport Authority; Stuart Brown, electrical
supervisor, McCain Foods Canada; and Andy Lyon, plant facility
technician, Steelcase Canada.
Once again this year, we received tremendous support from respondents who completed the comprehensive PEM
2008 salary survey online questionnaire form. We continue to compare
results against previous surveys. I want to thank everyone who took the
time to participate in this year’s survey. Your help enabled us to
further build out a detailed benchmark of important industry trends,
which maintenance professionals, engineers and plant operations can
benefit from.
Results of our latest salary survey will be published in the PEM September issue. This year, there are some interesting surprises. So, you don’t want to miss this issue!
