Sunrise Propane blast revisited
It's been a year since the deadly explosion at Sunrise Propane's Toronto facility claimed the lives of two people and forced hundreds of families to leave their homes. Yet many questions about the incident are still left unanswered. It was only recently that the Ministry of Labour announced it had laid two charges against the company under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and the Ontario Fire Marshal's office has yet to issue a report on its investigation.
