Marketing Chemicals in Canada?
Laboratory
testing has revealed a number of cases where ingredients disclosed on
material safety data sheets (MSDS) for WHMIS "controlled products" do
not reflect the actual product composition. This can seriously
jeopardize worker health and safety.
Canadian
suppliers and importers have a legal obligation to ensure that
ingredient disclosure is accurate and that the label and MSDS disclose
all other information required by law. Please visit whmis.gc.ca for additional information.
